Hey! EL the Cook recently visited the Bar Stock Exchange, Oshiwara, Mumbai.

Its very "Wall Street" alcohol marketing has caught more than just a glimpse from the Mumbai crowd!

Nestled amongst the hustle and bustle in busy Oshiwara, The Bar Stock Exchange (BSE), introduces the novel concept of varying prices of their drinks menu, offering highly competitive rates to their customers. Along with amazing finger foods, The BSE makes for one of the best bars in Oshiwara.

These always go well as a bar snack. The freshness of the topping, go perfectly with the tandoori roasted chicken. The mozzarella cheese is stringy and stretchy and  has this lovely earthy taste! The base is usually thin-crust, well roasted in the oven and whose crispiness completes the pizza slice with a big crunch! 

Penne` Arrabiata
 The carefully crafted red sauce pasta, served with a side of butter-herb crusted garlic bread, is a text-book Italian dish! The hit of the sauce and flavoring with predominant Indian spices, makes it perfect for the Indian palette.

The pasta is al dente and complements the rich, textured sauce well.

The only drawback of this place is usually a disorganized order taking process. The staff are also not well equipped in menu know-how and struggle with simple things such as indicating the size of a pizza or getting a drinks order right.
