Dajaj Shawarma

This is a must try here, assembled from super-slow cooked chicken, fresh lettuce and cabbage, pickled beets and dressed with a light spinkle of tahini and hummus..all enveloped in pita bread. The flavors meld together giving you tastes of richness and acidity. One of these baby's is simply not enough!



Murg Achari Kebab

Marakkesh also tends it menu slightly towards the Indian palette. The kebabs are spectacular and grilled to perfection! The spice blend used is a mixture of coriander, black pepper, fennel, fenugreek , kashmiri chili powder, and ginger garlic paste! Each bite leaves you wanting more.


Murg Dum Biryani

Another delight is the Murg Dum biryani, cooked with amazing aromatics, this biryani flavored with saffron and cooked gently for over 2 hours, bringing out the essence of the rice. The chicken falls apart from the bone and leaves the dish with a brilliant rich flavor.


Raan Marrakesh

This dish could perhaps be the crowning glory of this restaurant. A tender baby lamb leg, marinated overnight in a secret blend of spices and then slow cooked over 1 hour. This lamb delicacy is the heart of Mediterranean cuisine. The dish might take a long time to reach your table, but when it does the taste is magnificent and  you feel like a king!
The portion is huge and even if you cant finish. It makes for a great salad the next day!



Firni
    
For desserts, Marrakesh, does a delightful Firni, which is a rice pudding, made with condensed milk, nutmeg, cinnamon,anise and caraway. Presented in a pretty earthen pot, and topped with julinned almonds. The firni is sweet and beautifully aromatic!
