Restaurant Revisited : Dezio,Pune

Italian food is a passion and we just had to revisit Dezio after last times stellar experience which you can find here:

This time we went for the traditional Italian fare!

Heres what we ordered.

Carnazza Pizza

A pure delight! The warm crunch of the crust and gorgeous topping of salami and sausage accentuates the tastes of Italy. The fresh, slightly acidic tomato sauce, cuts through the heaviness of the meat, balancing the pizza well! 

Involtini Di Manzo

A classic Italian dish, involving thin slices of steak, which are wrapped in a juicy bacon creating parcels of meaty heaven! The roasted flavour is spectacular! 

Topped with cilantro and a thin tomato sauce, which adds a distinct acidity balancing out the protein.

The sides of cheese and mixed herbs add a refreshing touch to the plate.

A tighter wrap of crispier bacon, could make this dish even better, however this dish has many variations and the chefs choice rules!

Pollo Valdostana

A chirpy looking dish, pollo valdostana, involves breasts of succulent chicken, pan-fried in breadcrumbs, topped with sizzling melted mozzarella! 

A delight to at least 3 of your senses, this dish truly captivates! Tasting only amplifies your feelings! A bite gives you the crunchiness of the coating, richness of the cheese and earthiness of the basil! 

The melt in the mouth grilled potatoes served as a side, compliments the meat well.

A pleasure to visit, Dezio enlightens the foodies senses by serving up fabulous food and drink!

The seasoned Italian palette is hard to impress, but Dezio is surely living up to its name as one of the best Authentic Italian Restaurants in the country.
